Preheat oven to 400*F (200*C).

Line a cookie sheet with baking paper and spread the chicken wings in a single layer.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake on the top rack of the oven for 15 minutes.

Flip and bake and additional 15 minutes or until cooked through.

Toss with wing sauce, sprinkle liberally with extra parmesan cheese and serve with buffalo bleu cheese dip on the side.
