Heat a large soup pot over medium high heat.

Add olive oil and saute onion and garlic until translucent and softened.

Add turkey and brown using a wooden spoon to break it up into smaller pieces.

Mix red pepper flakes into turkey mixture.

Add kale to the pot and mix.

Cover and allow to wilt.

Once the kale has started to wilt add the tomatoes and a half a can of water.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
